They helped me out so much. Had a tie rod snap on my car and I'm from out if town. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning when the part came in. I have a 2002 gmc envoy and a very common issue is trailing arm brackets rust off the frame and upon purchasing the car I didn't notice they were almost at the breaking point so when it happened I looked up all kinds of ways to fix it and every time I got the same result (junk it) but I wasn't ready to give up so I called every shop I could find from Wisconsin to Missouri (I'm in Illinois) and all of them said that they couldn't do it then I heard about LT WALTER CO . I figured why not try one more so I explained the issue and his first response was YES we can fix it and his confidence with the situation made me very comfortable to have him work on my car and it took him 2 days but he fixed it and it is professional quality work I'm very proud to recommend this business to anyone I know lt walter will get all of my future business
